Rebecca Karpovsky is a Paris and NYC based American actor, clown and producer, working between Europe and the US in film, theatre, TV and commercials. Rebecca speaks and performs in Russian, English, Spanish, and French. The love of language stems from being a first generation child of Russian immigrants. Most recently Rebecca played Sarah Bernhardt in the off-broadway production of La Fin: The Last Hour of Sarah Bernhardt’s life. She had a guest star role in the 2018 Sundance selected pilot called Paint. She also won "Best Supporting Actor" for her role in the film Career Day at the First Run Film Festival. She is a member of the NYC theatre company, Lost & Found Theatre Project. She trained at École Philippe Gaulier in Paris and with teachers Wynn Handman and Kathryn Gately in New York City.

Rebecca and her collaborator, Amanda Lundquist, co-wrote and produced the feature film PINSKY. Rebecca also starred in the film. More info is available in the “News” tab of the website. The film premiered at the 2017 Moscow International Film Festival and won "Best Narrative Feature Film" at the 2017 Santa Fe Independent Film Festival

Currently Rebecca and Amanda are preparing their new TV series.

In her spare time she cooks some excellent paté and plays the guitar.
